Sarah Raffetto, a 4^th generation member of the Raffetto’s Fresh Pasta family, has partnered with cook and food personality Emily Fedner of @foodloversdiary to realize her long-time dream of hosting pop-up pasta dinners at Raffetto’s! Petite Pasta Joint was born when Sarah reached out to Raffetto’s patron and pasta-obsessed Emily about hosting a single pop-up dinner together. The pair became fast friends and it grew clear that their pasta collaboration had a real future. Petite Pasta Joint hosts monthly public dinners and is also available for private events.
